All of our benchtops are made in New Zealand using 30mm Laminex board as the substrate. We import our own laminates from Egger in Germany (one of the world leaders in laminate production).

We manufacture blanks for stock on a weekly basis, 3660mm long x 600mm with one postformed edge (9mm radius top and bottom). Our breakfast bars are 3660mm x 650mm and 3660mm x 900mm with two postformed edges.

On a daily basis we cut, prepare dry mason mitre joins and end clashings, then stretch wrap with cardboard corner protection for shipping.
